    Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3!

    1. Call us today! Once we've discussed your current career situation and customized a plan of action, a Certified Professional Résumé Writer will begin by first reviewing the details of your career, both past and present. 

    This information is collected through emailed, faxed, or mailed documents and then paired with a phone interview. Providing this initial information as accurately and completely as possible facilitates the remainder of our process. We will discuss selected points in further detail during your scheduled phone consultation.

    2. Next, you will be emailed a Web link with convenient 24/7 access to an online communication style assessment. This will take less than 10 minutes to complete and is extremely valuable to us during the writing process. It allows us to more effectively write "in your voice."

    As part of your package, you are provided with the 10+page custom-generated report of your personal communication style. Many clients find this report to be a valuable reference. (For more information, please refer to .)

    3. Upon completing the 10-minute online assessment and phone consultation, a draft résumé will be forwarded to you within five business days for your review. We will then coordinate up to two rounds of revisions with you. The final electronic copy will be emailed to you as a Microsoft Word document.
